now that one is kinda hard to find cause there is pretty much no point of going down that road unless you live on it. you just have to know where it is. lol

@themoviecapo So far, I have taken 3 samples & I just posted the result in the ‘more info’ section, as well as a site that gives further details on the meaning of the numbers. I do intend to take further samples in the future as well, which I’ll post in the same section. Thanks, Mo

@jow69 Hi, thanks for the quick reply. Yes, that makes sense now. If all the springs in your area have (around) the same TDS levels, then ‘yes’ it would make sense to go for the one with slightly acidic ph. confusion over. ive just started to hunt for the ‘kearney’ equivalent here in scotland, so im on a bit of a mission until i find it. The one i use right now TDS 100, PH 7.1 is good but i know i can do better. Thanks again.

@DEBBIEGIBSON22 In my area I don’t have a low TDS spring available here, they are all TDS 200-350 pH 7.5 – 8.2, except for Puslich which is the same TDS as the other springs but an acidic pH of 6.7. Ideally I would only be drinking the Kearney water TDS 22 pH 5.8 but it’s a 7 hour round trip from here but I do go up as often as I can. Low TDS is extremely important & I agree, even more important than pH but I only have high TDS here so that’s why Puslinch is a good non-alkaline option.

Hi, im a little confused by what your saying in this video. Ive heard daniel say in his vids that a low TDS (BELOW 150) is ideal and a ph of around 7 is great. Over 150 is moving into a hard water. It just seems from this vid that your saying PH is more impotant, as this spring has a TDS of over 300. Im not saying your wrong or anything its just me thats a little confused, as i always thought the TDS was a little bit more important. I hope you can explain to me a little further. Thanks

@djlaketrout Awesome, make sure you check out the other spring at the intersection of Progreston Rd & Greensprings Rd, in Carlisle which is only 10 minutes away. It’s on the left side of the telephone pole, you’ll see a sign ‘water not testing for drinking”

Does the lower more acid ph indicate less calcium in the water?
