    To our current knowledge, minds can only ‘heal’ our bodies to the extend of placebo. I wish it was more powerful than this.

    I have always read that people who meditate and do yoga have a more mindfulness when it comes to eating there for consume less calories than the average person. I think its very important to go with our bodies than to fight against our bodies. I am my body and my body is me, mindfulness is the key. :) Great video!
