This doesn’t work, just gargle with warm salt water every two hours. Full on salt burns your throat. This is not good

Thanks for the video. Tried your advice after 2 days of a horrible sore throat. It worked, though I have a cold now. Still, it is much better than having a sore throat and a cold at the same time.

I’ve got a really bad throat and i followed another remedy which is reputed to be the best non medication method. put some cayenne pepper into a warm glass of water and gargle. Do it every 15 minutes and it really works! it is AMAZING
