What is the best type/brand of tobacco for making tobacco water pesticide for home gardens?

What is the best kind of tobacco to buy for making tobacco water for pesticide for my home gardens. I bought a can of Grizzly natural Chewing tobacco becasue it was cheap, but is there a better brand to buy or are cigarette tobaccos better to use for pesticides? Also what is the best method of making it? I heard that just boiling in a pot of water and straining out the tobacco works well but is there a better way?

Natural made skin lightening product for African Americans?

I’m trying to get rid of my tan. It looks really, really bad. My face, arms and lower legs are REALLY brownish, and my stomach and upper legs are REALLY light (i’m light skinned). I just want my skin tone even, so i don’t look stupid wearing swimsuits. I already use sunscreen and uv protection everyday. I can’t stop going outside, it isn’t an option, i work outside for my job (gardening). So I’m looking for a NATURAL skin lightening soap, (that can go all over my body, not just the face or one area) for african americans, that doesn’t contain hydroquinone. As in natural, I’m talking about herbs and plants, I really don’t want any side affects with chemicals. I don’t want to wait for it to come back naturally in a couple months. -_-

So do you guys know of any? Thanks. =)

O. Carl Simonton: The Healing Process (excerpt) — Thinking Allowed DVD w/ Jeffrey Mishlove

NOTE: This is an excerpt from the full 90-minute DVD. www.thinkingallowed.com Within each patient is a wisdom that can be accessed to facilitate the healing process. In the first part of this two part program Dr. O. Carl Simonton discusses in a very moving way his own personal struggle with the illness and death of his father. He suggests the need to distinguish when it is appropriate to prepare for death and when we should fight to live. He discusses the difference between healthy and unhealthy belief systems. In part two of the DVD, Dr. Simonton suggests that no patient should be asked to face this issue before they are willing and ready. Then he leads a guided meditation exercise designed to visualize the dying process. He points out that the purpose of facing death is not to die, but to live more fully. Then he leads another guided meditation exercise designed to access the natural healing wisdom within each of us. The late O. Carl Simonton, MD, an oncologist, was director of the Simonton Cancer Center. He was a pioneer in the use of mental imagery with cancer patients, and was co-author of Getting Well Again and The Healing Journey.
