hi ! nice remedy, i will try it ! the only thing is ….lemon shouldn’t be mixed with boiling water because the extreme heat destroys vitamins and enzymes….lemon should be placed later in the cup, not in the very very hot tea :D

My first reaction was, “O good heavens. The garlic would give me ferocious breath!” but then I remembered that nobody kisses me when I’m sick anyways :o )
I had a great uncle who would take a shot of apple cider vinegar after every meal. Everyone teased him until The Fated Day… it was a family wedding feast with a fancy catering company. The next day everyone at the wedding party was bent over with food poisoning except for an infant and… my uncle. He swore by apple cider vinegar!

Thank you for yet another informative video on natural remedies! Another great tea to drink as well is G.T. Dave’s Synergy raw Kombucha tea. I work with children and was always getting sick, once I found a store that sold the tea, I’ve been drinking as much of it as I can and haven’t gotten sick for quite sometime.

Thanks! Brilliant tip! It irks me that I didn’t think of it on my own, since I already turn to all of those ingredients rather than ever using medicines. I’d just never thought to make a tea out of them. As far as apple cider vinegar (ACV), I recommend Bragg brand, as it has the “Mother” in it. Please go to their website and read why Mother in ACV is so important. Also, for anyone with a persistent dry cough: nibbling on fresh oregano leaves and/or raw ginger works wonders! Thanks, again!

it’s been recently proven that adding honey to hot/boiling water will cause cancer… so don’t add honey to your tea, just eat it separately.

As my other viewer recommended to you, any health food store will carry it. You can also purchase it online. The one you saw me using in the video came from Vitacost.com. You will love raw honey, it’s so delicious. I even like it on bread and muffins, or in plain yogurt and it’s very healthy for you :o )
