Cabbage and chamomile teas have been known to reduce stomach acidity, and also prevent or heal existing ulcers. Basically, tea is prepared from cabbage leaves or chamomile flowers (dried), or even better, you can mix both of these herbs, to get a even more effective herbal mixture. In you are more interested, you can check out the link mentioned as the source.

    Hope that helped, good luck!

Use a quality digestive enzyme with every meal.

I used to survive on pepcid, (and still do on emergencies), but I noticed that ginger tea has really helped. Its been used by the chinese for hundreds of years to cure stomach aches. It tastes a little spicy it you make it strong, but it has really helped me. Also, a natural-path doctor told me that my acidic pain may be from not enough acid instead of too much, and too take a natural digestive enzyme when I eat. I have noticed that ginger tea helps the most. I hope it works for you!
