U know…..I went on a Watermelon diet for 1wk. I lost 7 10 lbs. The only problem was, u don’t realize how light that fruit is 2 the stomach, bc after the 7 days, everytime I tried 2 eat regular foods I kept throwing up. Bottom line, I could NOT keep anything down….it was too heavy. Took me about 3 days 2 get use 2 holding down the other garbage like butteredmashed potatoes, chicken, cereal, sphetti, steaks…etc.
I bought two perfectly ripe half watermelons today. Exiting the supermarket I saw a mother with two children, each with an icecream cone dripping all over the place in the heat. Watermelon is so juicy, so satisfying and healthy, plus it doesn’t support some objectionable business.
