Earth’s Food Baby’s Food

My heart’s cry Israel. A new generation is coming forward and dietary change is key and cannot be overlooked. Please be encouraged. We can change, we have to change…we will change. The variety of natural foods used were: kale and apple celery and cucumbers mango beet and apple almonds to make almond milk cooked quinoa (whole grain) The varieties and combinations are endless and provides and wonderful foundation for natural taste on our babies taste buds as opposed to those foods that have been handled and processed down on machinery and depleted of much of whatever nutrition may have been in the food. Commercial baby food is toxic. Organic baby food is much better but still processed down and not fresh. Fresh produce, handled and prepared in love by us mothers is the best we can give to our little ones. They’ve suffered enough and we have as well. Let’s pick up and begin to do better.

@indigolady52 The trick to getting them to eat healthier is you eating healthier and making it look delicious! There are many tools to use in the bag when it comes to family!

@chryss32 Thank you sis! I’d have to say whatever knowledge I have, I’ve acquired throughout the years by studying and researching for the health of my family. That’s about all. :-) I think experience is the best teacher…going thru situations that force you to continue searching and looking…that’s been my life since motherhood began.

i thank you for all that you do. you are definitely the “physical” person i look to when trying to get onto, or stay on the right path as far as dietary health, & keeping it together for the sake of the family.

question: how have you gone about acquiring the knowledge you have in dietary health? have you personally studied throughout the years (as i am doing) or had you taken a profession/formal study before & have continued your own research?

I thoroughly enjoyed this video. I am a young mother of three children under 4 and I am pregnant with #4. We try to have a majority of our diet be raw foods, like fruits and vegetables. I was wondering what type of blender is that you are using? Also, how do you store the baby food after you freshly prepare it? Thanks in advance and God Bless.

@sweetsmile1 I hear you on that one! Children really much rather prefer natural foods in the earlier stages of life…before their tastebuds have been trained for artificial sugar and salt.

great video! i eat healthy whole food and i always bring my lunch to work. i always share my food with the babies in my daycare class (infants) and they always would rather eat my food over what their mother has brought them. The kids love when i bring avocados! and they also love cous cous! and my soups of course! hahaha…well, everything i cook!
