i absolutely love bethenny’s recipes. she’s the kind of healthy cook that more people need to aspire to be like. she doesn’t believe in fake food and promotes being balanced. just great.
What about sprouts on that sandwich?? I could seriously give you some cooking tips. Ugh- a plain p-nut butter sammy, a plain cheese sammy, edamame from the freezer- zero imagination, zero cooking skills, no thanks.
Why do you say you don’t believe in ‘fake’ foods, only real and then use extracts in practically every recipe? You yourself said it’s like cheating…

I didn’t know this representative from diethealth cause I’m a newbie here. But I respected her for saying that we should use real food!!! I still won’t eat sugar, but with regards to other food I will definitely take care to eat valueable, unprocessed food!! Thanks for this note, Bethenny!
good recipe.. but i would just like to shout out that almost every single soybean in the market is GM (genetically modified) also everyone stay away from peanut-butters with hydrogenated oils! (trans fat) which causes cancer!

I’m seventeen and I’ve been trying to change my eating habits for the better. More water, tea (no soda or much juice), soymilk, grains, wheat, granola, almonds and fruit! I have two p.e. classes and I have been cutting more meat out of my diet (I eat meat maybe 2-3 times a week). Thank you for these tips, it helps me choose better foods!
