The Natural Way

Just kinda talking about what being natural means to me..from my hair to my lifestyle/diet, how I got to where I am now…all whilst doing two strand twists for a twist out.

Would you be ok with posting some of the things that you eat along with recipes and needed words of encouragement?

Hey Autumn….when you did this, what were you using for your twists..or what did you have on your hair prior to twisting? They look so shiny and bouncy

Hello. I love your videos, thanks. How often do you create the twists at night; in order to take them out in the morning? Your hair is beautiful!

I love your hair and your information. I would have never though to check the ingredients from an online “NATURAL” product.

btw, how much weight did you lose from going vegan?

I went natural and vegetarian 2.5 years ago..but i it’s hard for me to to go vegan. I like enchiladas and pizza way too much. 80% everything i eat is organic- no hormones.

It is more expensive, but my family and i eat all organic and it has so many health benefits! You can eat anything you normally eat organically. I am not into eating alot of meats, but i eat mainly fish, chicken and turkey. You seem cool and you have great hair!

I think it’s cool to live the natural lifestyle. I’m like that too to an extent… I’ve though about becoming a vegan but, I just cannot see myself not eating meat that’s why we have cuspids and bicuspids. I only eat 2 servings a day and the rest is veggies, fruit, or grain. But as far as cosmetics, household products and toiletries go we are eye to eye.

thank you! im a bit hyper lol and I agree, something tends to click when you start paying attention to your hair, you think about your body in other ways regarding what’s better and more healthier :)

You’re correct, I didn’t have a relaxer throughout high school or in college. I just got a press n curl. My last relaxer was probably 1997. That’s probably why I was straightening it so often throughout the day, my new growth was probably super puffy lol. :)

The only thing that people fuss about with meat is the iron and protein, but when you aren’t educated it’s easy to be mislead. Do a search on vegetables sources of protein and iron and you’ll be surprised. The info is there, you just have to make the choice to seek it. =)
