Be careful africanexport, I used to use herbal supplements and products for weight loss and well being. They have strange side effects in the long term. Check out the book Back to Eden by jethro kloss. side effects i.e. facial hair growth. cayenne sometimes if taken to long or too much can mess with digestion. so be careful and try to use in moderation.

BTW…make sure any company or distributor you order ayurvedic botanicals from, especially for internal use, test for: Microbiologicals, Heavy Metals, Pesticides, and are Identified in accordance with the Ayurvedic Pharmacopoeia of India. They should be USDA certified organically grown and made with sustainably grown herbs. Many products sold to the US & UK contain harmful metals & chemicals which can really make you sick in the long run, be careful. Sorry for the novel. :)

I’ve been taking ayurvedic supplements for nearly 6 mos now. Overall I have felt a difference. My reasons for usage is for overall health. I have the Ashwagandha, Yogaraj Guggulu, Triphala and a few others that’s dosha specific (I’m vata/pitta). You can also check out Banyan Botanicals or Bazaar of India’s website they sell herbs, tonics, oils etc & they are in the US. I’m not sure if it’s less expensive than where you order from. Glad it’s working for you. Blessings. :)

Sis, do you take these herbs in capsules or in a tea form. Also are the expensive? I am thinking about trying this! Thank you for sharing! Have a blessed, empowered, light and love filled day!
